Hello RoyalStormers (and friends), i would like to announce that we are going to move our forum.
This happens due to me wanting to provide our legion members with a quality forum and community experience.
Unfortunally our current host does not permit the instalation of certain features that would greatly help us in our organization while playing aion.
Due to such, we move. As a result, and also due to limitations presented by our current host, we will not be able to move our forum current files to the new place.
This means, that the RoyalStorm forum will be created from scratch. Of course, i wish to make this transition (for the better) very easy to everyone, and so I already have planned what i will happen:
--- User accounts ----
- All users accounts that where active in the last 3 months will be manually created by me.
(passwords will be reseted, but i will manually type in the same user details presented in the current forum)
- As an act of respect, will also recreate the accounts of the leaders and diplomats that previously served RoyalStorm on Archlord times.
- Accounts not fitting any of the previous two statments, will not be migrated by me.
- Account memberships (classification) will be the same.
--- Boards and topics -----
- New forum will have the same boards and subdivisions structure, presented in the same way with the same permissions.
- All Aion boards and topics (and posts), will be recreated. (the posts will be quotations of the ones here existing)
- Archlord topics will not be recreated, they will stay in here, still available for reading porpuses and knowledge sharing.
- After the move no new topics or posts can be created, i will lock this forum to make sure the new place is used and not this one.
- It is quite possible that i will take the current forum into "maintenance mode" in the very near future. This so that i can manually migrate information without getting outdated (due to forum activity) while i do it.

The new forum will be hosted together with a new and revised website of the legion. So expect a new url to be announced in the near future, as well as new sections at our website and new forum posting features that will bring some delight and practical use of the forum.
As you can understand i am being quite active behind the scenes and so bear with me if i stay less time ingame, i will be available in our Teamspeak server, if you need me.
Also be free, to present any questions or doubts you might have about this subject.

Well, that is something you can do in a indirect way.
Your best contribution at this moment is to try to find a nice player and recruit him/her. Such will enrich the legion in all ways.
Direct the person to our current entrance page ( currently http:\\royalstorm.byethost13.com ) so that they read what we stand for.
Once they decide they wish to enter, direct them to highest available staff member.
General: Whitehorse,
Centurions: Milhas, Bartaz.
Diplomats: Eurodollars, Utherverse.
If at the moment none of these persons is available in game or in teamspeak, the interested player can/should leave a message at our shoutbox saying they are interested, and one of us will get back at him/her when we go ingame.
Well you can also help me by sponsoring me with nice drops for a lv31 chanter
, that is not grinding because of taking care of the forum/site/logo.
